- 1 cup salted caramel sauce
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the salted caramel sauce and chocolate chips.
- Drop tablespoons of cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- For a stronger caramel flavor, add more salted caramel sauce to the dough.
- Chill the dough for 30 minutes for thicker cookies.
- Try adding chopped nuts for added texture.
