- 1 can sauerkraut, drained
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup rice, uncooked
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion.
- Add sauerkraut, rice, beef broth, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Layer the mixture in a baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until rice is cooked.
