A quick and tasty sausage and cabbage stir fry.
Ingredients

- 4 sausages
- 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add sliced sausages and cook until browned.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add cabbage and carrot, stir well.
- Pour in soy sauce, season with salt and pepper.
- Cook until cabbage is tender, about 5-7 minutes.

- Serve with rice or noodles.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Feel free to add more vegetables.
