- 1 pound sausage, crumbled
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the crumbled sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and parsley.
- Add the cooked sausage, bell peppers, onions, and cheese to the egg mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.

- Feel free to add other vegetables.
- You can use any type of cheese you like.
