Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the sausage over medium heat.
  3. Add chopped onion and bell pepper to the skillet and sauté until softened.
  4. Stir in the rice, chicken broth, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until rice is cooked and liquid is absorbed.
