- 4 cups green beans, trimmed
- 4 cups potatoes, diced
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cups chicken broth

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown the sausage over medium heat.
- Add the onion and cook until translucent.
- In a large bowl, combine the sausage mixture with green beans and potatoes.
- Stir in chicken broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
