- 1 pound sausage meat
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into rectangles.
- In a bowl, mix sausage meat, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place a spoonful of the sausage mixture on each pastry rectangle.
- Fold the pastry over and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
