Ingredients

- 1 pound sausage
- 4 cups bread cubes
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Add butter, celery, and onion; cook until softened.
- In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, sausage mixture, broth, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well and transfer to a baking dish.
- Bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.

- You can add nuts or dried fruits for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
