- 12 large mushrooms
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a bowl, mix crab meat, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the crab mixture.
- Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the mushrooms.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
