Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound scallops
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp and scallops; cook until they turn opaque.
  5. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, and 1/2 cup Parmesan.
  6. Spread a layer of marinara sauce in a baking dish.
  7. Add a layer of noodles, then a layer of seafood mixture, followed by the cheese mixture.
  8. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with noodles and sauce.
  9. Pour heavy cream over the top and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
  10. Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Notes

  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
