Delicious seafood lasagna with creamy cheese.
Ingredients

- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound scallops
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and scallops; cook until they turn opaque.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, and 1/2 cup Parmesan.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce in a baking dish.
- Add a layer of noodles, then a layer of seafood mixture, followed by the cheese mixture.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with noodles and sauce.
- Pour heavy cream over the top and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- You can substitute seafood based on preference.
