A refreshing seafood salad with a mix of flavors and textures.
Ingredients

- 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 200g crab meat
- 100g scallops
- 1 cup mixed greens
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil.
- Add shrimp and scallops, cooking until shrimp are pink and scallops are opaque.
- Drain and rinse seafood under cold water.
- In a bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cucumber.
- Add the seafood on top of the salad mixture.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator before serving.

- Use fresh seafood for best flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
