Description

Seafood stuffed shells are pasta shells filled with a savory seafood mixture.


Ingredients

  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, shrimp, crab meat, mozzarella, parmesan, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each pasta shell with the seafood mixture.
  5. Spread half of the marinara sauce in a baking dish.
  6. Arrange the stuffed shells on top of the sauce.
  7. Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the shells.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through.
  9. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

  • Use cooked seafood for best results.
  • Feel free to add other seafood options like scallops or clams.
  • Top with extra cheese for a cheesy finish.
