Description
Traditional Italian seafood dish served on Christmas Eve.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb of shrimp
- 1 lb of calamari
- 1 lb of clams
- 1 lb of mussels
- 1 lb of cod fillets
- 1 lb of anchovies
- 1 lb of scallops
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1 cup of white wine
- 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Clean and prepare all seafood.
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add calamari, clams, mussels, cod, anchovies, and scallops.
- Pour in white wine and season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook until all seafood is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- Serve with crusty bread.
- Pair with a light white wine.
