Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of shrimp
  • 1 lb of calamari
  • 1 lb of clams
  • 1 lb of mussels
  • 1 lb of cod fillets
  • 1 lb of anchovies
  • 1 lb of scallops
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • 1 cup of white wine
  • 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Clean and prepare all seafood.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add calamari, clams, mussels, cod, anchovies, and scallops.
  6. Pour in white wine and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Cover and cook until all seafood is cooked through.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
