- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced

- 8 small tortillas
- Optional toppings: avocado, cilantro, lime
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix shrimp, bell pepper, onion, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture on a sheet pan in a single layer.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until shrimp are cooked and vegetables are tender.
- Warm tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
- Assemble fajitas with shrimp and vegetables.
- Add optional toppings as desired.
