Ingredients

  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 12 corn tortillas

  • 1 cup diced tomatoes

  • Sour cream for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned.
  3. Add taco seasoning and black beans. Stir well.
  4. Place tortillas on a baking sheet.
  5. Scoop the beef mixture onto each tortilla.
  6. Top with diced tomatoes, jalapenos, and cheese.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted.
