A creamy and delicious shrimp alfredo bake that is easy to prepare.
Ingredients

- 8 oz. penne pasta
- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, shrimp, alfredo sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute shrimp with chicken if desired.
- Add vegetables like broccoli for extra nutrition.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
