Description
A delightful mix of shrimp, steak, and rice stir-fried with vegetables.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked rice
- 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 200g steak, thinly sliced
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add steak and cook until browned.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink.
- Stir in mixed vegetables and cook for 3 minutes.
- Push ingredients to one side, pour in beaten eggs, and scramble.
- Add cooked rice and soy sauce, mix thoroughly.
- Season with salt and pepper, cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use leftover rice for better texture.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
- Add more vegetables as desired.
