Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 200g steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add steak and cook until browned.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink.
  5. Stir in mixed vegetables and cook for 3 minutes.
  6. Push ingredients to one side, pour in beaten eggs, and scramble.
  7. Add cooked rice and soy sauce, mix thoroughly.
  8. Season with salt and pepper, cook for another 2 minutes.
  9. Serve hot.
