Ingredients

  • 3 green onions, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Push shrimp to one side and scramble the eggs on the other side.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
