Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp, white wine, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp are pink.
  5. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  6. Spread a layer of shrimp mixture in a baking dish.
  7. Add a layer of noodles, then a layer of the ricotta mixture.
  8. Repeat layers, finishing with noodles and remaining mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
  9. Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  10. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
