- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp, white wine, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp are pink.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of shrimp mixture in a baking dish.
- Add a layer of noodles, then a layer of the ricotta mixture.
- Repeat layers, finishing with noodles and remaining mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.

- Use fresh shrimp for the best flavor.
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or zucchini.
- Let the lasagna sit before slicing for cleaner pieces.
