A delicious shrimp scampi pasta bake with a creamy garlic sauce.
Ingredients

- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp and cook until pink. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Stir in the heavy cream and half of the Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
- Add the cooked pasta and parsley to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
Notes
- Use large shrimp for better texture.
- Adjust spice level to your preference.
- Can substitute pasta with gluten-free pasta.
