Description
A quick and tasty shrimp stir fry with noodles.
Ingredients

- 200g shrimp
- 150g noodles
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink.
- Add vegetables and stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Add cooked noodles and soy sauce, mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.

- Use fresh or frozen shrimp.
- Substitute vegetables based on preference.
- Adjust soy sauce for desired saltiness.
