Ingredients

- 2 cups of green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine green beans, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until the vegetables are well coated.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the green beans are tender.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and serve warm.

- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or onions.
