Ingredients

- 2 cups of green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup of diced potatoes
- 1 cup of carrots, sliced
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil potatoes for 10 minutes.
- Add green beans and carrots, cook for another 5 minutes.
- Drain the vegetables.
- In a pan, melt butter and add garlic powder.
- Toss the vegetables in the butter mix.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.

- Adjust seasoning according to taste.
- Can substitute vegetables based on preference.
- Make it vegan by using olive oil instead of butter.
