Instructions

  4. In a pot, boil water and cook cranberries until they burst.
  5. Stir in walnuts and set aside.
  6. Prepare mashed potatoes by boiling potatoes until tender, then mashing with milk, butter, and sour cream.
  7. Serve green beans topped with cranberry-walnut mixture and mashed potatoes on the side.
