- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the zucchinis and place them in a baking dish.
- Drizzle olive oil over the zucchini and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add mozzarella cheese on top of the zucchini slices.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the mozzarella.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
