  3. Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  6. Spread the dough onto a greased baking sheet.
  7. Make dimples in the dough with your fingers.
  8. Top with rosemary and coarse salt.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  10. Let it cool before slicing.
