Ingredients
Scale
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Fresh rosemary
- Coarse sea salt for topping
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until combined.
- Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes until smooth.
- Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Spread the dough onto a greased baking sheet.
- Make dimples in the dough with your fingers.
- Top with rosemary and coarse salt.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Let it cool before slicing.

- Use fresh herbs for more flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
