Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, and butter.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let it cool before serving.
