Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onion and green bell pepper; sauté until soft.
- Add ground beef; cook until browned.
- Stir in sloppy joe sauce; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface; add beef mixture and cheese.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
