Ingredients

- 2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 4 ears corn, cut into halves
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 4 cups water
- 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
- 1 lemon, halved
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Add potatoes to the slow cooker.
- Pour in the water and add Old Bay seasoning.
- Layer in the corn and sausage.
- Cook on low for 6 hours.
- Add shrimp and lemon, and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
- Season with salt before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
- For extra spice, add hot sauce.
- Serve with melted butter.
