- 2 pounds turkey breast
- 1 cup chicken broth

- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, celery, and onions)
Instructions
- Season the turkey breast with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Place the mixed vegetables in the slow cooker.
- Pour the chicken broth over the vegetables.
- Place the seasoned turkey breast on top of the vegetables.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the turkey is cooked through.
- Shred the turkey and mix with the vegetables before serving.
