Ingredients

- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 4 cups potatoes, diced
- 1 cup corn, frozen
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the potatoes in the slow cooker.
- Add the vegetable broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Layer the green beans and corn on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Stir before serving.
