Delicious small desserts perfect for Thanksgiving.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup of pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon of ginger
- 1 package of mini graham cracker pie crusts
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Mix well.
- Fill the mini pie crusts with the mixture.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Let them cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream on top.
- Can be made a day in advance.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
