Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ginger
  • 1 package of mini graham cracker pie crusts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Mix well.
  4. Fill the mini pie crusts with the mixture.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Let them cool before serving.

Notes

  • Serve with whipped cream on top.
  • Can be made a day in advance.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
