- 1 turkey breast (4–5 pounds)
- 2 cups of stuffing
- 1 cup of cranberry sauce
- 4 cups of mixed vegetables (carrots, green beans, corn)
- 1 cup of mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup of gravy
- 1 pumpkin pie
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the turkey breast and place it in a roasting pan.
- Stuff the turkey with the stuffing.
- Roast the turkey in the oven for about 2 hours or until fully cooked.
- While the turkey cooks, prepare the mixed vegetables by steaming or sautéing them.
- Cook the mashed potatoes and prepare the gravy according to package instructions.
- Once the turkey is done, let it rest for 15 minutes before carving.
- Serve the turkey with stuffing, vegetables, mashed potatoes, gravy, and cranberry sauce.
- Finish the meal with pumpkin pie for dessert.
