- 1 small turkey (8–10 lbs)
- 2 cups stuffing
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cups green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup gravy
- 1 pumpkin pie
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the turkey by rubbing it with olive oil and seasoning it.
- Stuff the turkey with the stuffing.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover it with foil.
- Roast the turkey for 2-2.5 hours, removing the foil for the last 30 minutes.
- While the turkey cooks, steam the green beans until tender.
- Prepare the mashed potatoes and heat the gravy.
- Serve the turkey with stuffing, green beans, mashed potatoes, and cranberry sauce.
- Finish the meal with slices of pumpkin pie.
