Smoked salmon deviled eggs are a creamy and flavorful appetizer.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 2 ounces smoked salmon, chopped
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chives for garnish
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs, then cool and peel them.
- Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks.
- In a bowl, mix the yolks with smoked salmon, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
- Garnish with chives.
- Chill before serving.
