Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced sausage and cook until browned.
- Add diced potatoes, bell pepper, and onion to the skillet.
- Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot.
