Ingredients

- 4 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 cups sweet potatoes, cubed
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 cups corn, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place them in the smoker for 1 hour.
- Mix sweet potatoes with maple syrup, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Add them to the smoker for 45 minutes.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add corn and bell pepper, sauté for 5 minutes.
- Combine all smoked items on a serving platter and enjoy.

- Adjust smoking time based on your preference.
- Feel free to add more spices to taste.
