Description

Delicious s’mores cookie bars that combine the flavors of graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate bar pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows.
  7. Spread half of the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  8. Add a layer of chocolate bar pieces on top.
  9. Spread the remaining cookie mixture over the chocolate layer.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  11. Let cool before cutting into bars.
