A delicious s’mores loaf cake with graham cracker, chocolate, and marshmallow flavors.

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk.
- Fold in marshmallows, chocolate chips, and crushed graham crackers.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Can be served warm or at room temperature.
- Add extra marshmallows on top for decoration.
