- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped Snickers bars
- 1/2 cup chocolate sauce
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add sour cream, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in chopped Snickers bars.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
- Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door slightly open for 1 hour.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, drizzle with chocolate and caramel sauce.

- Use room temperature ingredients for a smoother batter.
- Consider layering additional chopped Snickers on top for garnish.
- For a chocolate crust, substitute graham cracker crumbs with chocolate cookie crumbs.
