Instructions

- In another bowl, whisk egg whites, vanilla extract, and salt until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the coconut mixture into the egg whites.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
