Instructions

  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add the sugars and oil.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients.
  5. Fold in the grated carrots, walnuts, and raisins.
  6. Fill muffin cups with the batter.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let them cool before serving.
