Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour and salt to the yeast mixture. Knead until smooth.
- Cover dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
- In a pan, cook ground beef with soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, and ginger until browned.
- Divide the dough into small balls and flatten each.
- Place a spoonful of beef filling in the center of each dough circle.
- Pinch the edges to seal the buns.
- Steam the buns for 15 minutes until fluffy.
