Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F.
  2. Prepare the turkey by seasoning it and placing it in a roasting pan.
  3. Roast the turkey for 3-4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  4. While the turkey is roasting, prepare the collard greens by simmering them with seasoning.
  5. Cook the macaroni and cheese according to the package instructions.
  6. Bake the sweet potatoes until soft, then mash them with butter and sugar.
  7. Prepare cornbread according to the recipe and bake.
  8. Prepare the stuffing as instructed on the box.
  9. Make the gravy using the turkey drippings.
  10. Serve the turkey with sides of collard greens, macaroni and cheese, sweet potatoes, cornbread, stuffing, and gravy.
  11. Finish the meal with cranberry sauce and pecan pie for dessert.
