A delicious southern banana cobbler made with ripe bananas and a flaky crust.

- 4 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix sliced bananas with sugar and set aside.
- In another bowl, combine flour, melted butter, milk, vanilla, baking powder, and salt.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Evenly distribute the banana mixture on top of the batter.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.

- Serve warm with ice cream.
