Instructions

  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla. Stir until combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  5. In another bowl, mix brown sugar and hot water.
  6. Pour the brown sugar mixture over the batter. Do not stir.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is set.
  8. Let it cool slightly before serving.
