Instructions
- In a bowl, combine corn, flour, cornmeal, milk, eggs, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well blended.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm.
