- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread pecans on a baking sheet and toast for 10 minutes.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and cream over medium heat.
- Stir until the mixture reaches a soft ball stage (about 240°F or 115°C).
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
- Add toasted pecans and mix well.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto parchment paper.
- Let cool completely before serving.
