Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes until tender, then cool and peel.
  2. Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
  4. Add chopped celery, onion, eggs, and pickle relish.
  5. Gently fold in the potatoes.
