- 2 ripe pears, sliced
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup sugar

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 1 tablespoon flour (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the pears, cranberries, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice.
- Roll out the pie crust on a floured surface.
- Place the fruit mixture in the center of the crust.
- Fold the edges of the crust over the fruit.
- Brush the crust with beaten egg.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
